Account Registration
Eligibility and Local Law Responsibility
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account and use the Services. The Operator may request evidence of your age at any time.
- Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- Jurisdictional legality: The Operator does not hold an Australian gambling licence. By using the Services from Australia, you acknowledge that you are dealing with an offshore provider that is not regulated by Australian state or territory regulators and that Australian consumer protections and dispute-resolution schemes for licensed wagering providers do not apply.
- Local law compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is lawful in your country or state of residence. Access from certain jurisdictions (including the USA, UK, France and the Netherlands) is prohibited. The Operator may refuse or close Accounts from Restricted Jurisdictions.
Account Creation and Verification (KYC/AML)
- Registration data: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and any other information requested on the registration form.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by following a link sent to the email you provided. The Operator may deny access to unverified accounts.
- KYC documentation: To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, the Operator may request identification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence or national ID card)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, government letter, generally not older than 3 months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. card statement, PayID confirmation, crypto wallet proof)
- Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information for higher-risk or high-value activity
- Verification timing: The Operator may suspend deposits, bets or withdrawals until verification is completed to its satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documents may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of funds where required by law or AML obligations.
Account Security and User Obligations
- Credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security information confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Unauthorised use: You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account, regardless of whether such activity is authorised by you. You must notify customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
- One account policy: You may hold only one Account on the Website. The Operator may close duplicate accounts and void bonuses and winnings associated with them.
- Accuracy of data: You must promptly update your Account details if they change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion
- Internal tools: The Website may offer internal responsible-gambling tools (such as deposit limits, loss limits or self-exclusion). Availability and scope of these tools may change and are not guaranteed.
- BetStop not integrated: The Operator is not integrated with Australia's national "BetStop" self-exclusion register. If you are registered with BetStop, that status does not automatically block your Vegastars Account.
- External support: If you feel your gambling is out of control, you should immediately stop using the Website and seek help from independent services such as:
- Gambling Help Online - Phone: 1800 858 858, Website: https://gamblinghelponline.org.au
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Rules
- Stakes and currency: Bets are generally placed in Australian dollars (AUD) or in cryptocurrency with an AUD-equivalent displayed where applicable. Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by Game and are shown in the Game interface.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted once it has been recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting or game history. If a discrepancy exists between your local device display and the Operator's server records, the server records prevail.
- Game rules: Each Game has its own rules, payout tables and return-to-player (RTP) information provided by the game supplier and/or the Operator. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the specific rules of that Game.
- Random outcome: Applicable Games use a random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. While the Operator aims to use reputable game providers, there is no independent Australian regulatory oversight.
Errors, Malfunctions and Voided Bets
- Technical issues: In the event of a technical failure, system error, misconfiguration, network interruption or similar malfunction, Bets and game results may be voided or adjusted. The Operator may:
- Void affected Bets and refund the stake to your balance; or
- Restore the Account balance to the state before the error occurred, where determinable.
- Obvious errors: If a Bet or payout is clearly incorrect (e.g. due to a mispriced game, erroneous odds, or visible software bug), the Operator may declare the Bet void, correct the result, or reclaim any overpaid amounts from your balance.
- Disconnections: If you disconnect during a Game, the outcome may be completed by the system in your absence. The final result recorded on the server is binding. You should check your game history after reconnection.
Conduct, Collusion and Fair Play
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not:
- Use offensive, abusive, hateful, harassing or threatening language in live chat or other communication channels;
- Attempt to manipulate Games, exploit software bugs, or use bots or automated systems;
- Engage in collusion or coordinated betting with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your location in order to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.
- Live casino etiquette: In live casino Games and chats, you must treat dealers and other players with respect at all times. The Operator may mute chat, remove your chat privileges or suspend your Account for inappropriate behaviour.
- Investigation and sanctions: The Operator may investigate suspected abuse, fraud, collusion, money laundering or breach of these Terms. It may suspend or close your Account, withhold funds where required by law or AML obligations, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Wagering
- Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bet size, game restrictions and expiry periods. These conditions are displayed on the relevant promotion page on the Website.
- Bonus balance: Bonus funds are kept separate from your cash balance. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
- Wagering requirements: The wagering requirement and any related conditions (such as contribution percentages per Game type) are specified for each Bonus. If no wagering information is clearly provided, you should assume that:
- Significant wagering requirements apply; and
- Some Games may contribute at a lower rate or be entirely excluded.
- Time limits: Bonuses generally expire after a limited period specified in the offer. Once expired, unused Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited.
Game Restrictions and Prohibited Practices
- Restricted Games: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from wagering contributions or limited to a reduced contribution. Examples can include low-risk bets, certain table games, or specific slots listed in the promotion terms.
- Bet size limits: The Operator may cap the maximum allowable Bet when using Bonus funds. Exceeding this cap can result in confiscation of the Bonus and associated winnings.
- Abuse of promotions: The following are considered Bonus abuse and may result in Bonus cancellation, confiscation of winnings and/or Account closure:
- Using multiple accounts or collaborating with others to redeem the same Bonus multiple times;
- Placing low-risk or hedged bets to artificially meet wagering requirements;
- Deliberately delaying gameplay or saving features (e.g. free spins, bonus rounds) for use after wagering has been completed.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Cancellation
- One active Bonus: Unless explicitly allowed, only one Bonus may be active on your Account at any time. Activating a new Bonus may cancel an existing one, including any associated winnings not yet withdrawn.
- Opt-out: You may be able to decline or cancel a Bonus by contacting customer support or using available account settings. If you cancel a Bonus before meeting wagering requirements, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
- Operator's discretion: The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at its discretion, subject to honouring any rights that have already been earned in accordance with the published terms of that Promotion.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Available methods for Australian players: The Website typically supports the following deposit methods for Australian users:
- PayID/Osko (AUD) - minimum deposit around AUD 20; usually processed instantly, subject to your bank.
- Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) (AUD) - minimum deposit around AUD 20; transactions may be declined by Australian banks that block gambling payments under merchant category codes.
- Neosurf vouchers (AUD) - minimum deposit around AUD 10; often chosen for greater privacy.
- Cryptocurrencies such as BTC, USDT (TRC20) and LTC - minimum around the AUD 30 equivalent, subject to exchange-rate fluctuations and network fees.
- Fees: The Operator may not charge deposit fees, but your bank, payment provider or crypto network may impose their own charges. Any applicable fees displayed in the cashier are your responsibility.
- Availability: The list of Payment Methods and limits can change without prior notice. The current options and limits are shown in the cashier section of your Account.
Withdrawals
- General principles: You may request a withdrawal of available cash funds from your Account, subject to:
- Completion of any KYC/AML checks;
- Fulfilment of wagering requirements on Bonuses and Promotions; and
- Compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals are processed back to the Payment Method used for deposit (e.g. PayID/Osko, card, crypto). If that is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods such as bank transfer or cryptocurrency, as displayed in the cashier.
- Limits and processing times: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as daily, weekly or monthly limits, are specified in the cashier. Internal review and processing may take several Business Days, not including any delays caused by banks, payment processors or crypto networks.
- Fees and instalments: The Operator may charge reasonable withdrawal fees or split larger withdrawals into instalments, as indicated in the cashier or notified to you at the time of the request.
- Verification holds: The Operator may delay or withhold withdrawals where:
- Verification of your identity, address, payment method or source of funds is pending;
- There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, Bonus abuse or other breach of these Terms; or
- Required by law, regulator or court order.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Treatment of Bets
- Non-refundable Bets: Once a Bet is placed and accepted, it is generally final and non-refundable unless voided due to a technical error or rule infringement by the Operator.
- Bonus-related refunds: If a Bonus is cancelled, any winnings derived from that Bonus may be removed from your balance. The Operator is not obliged to refund any losses incurred while wagering a Bonus.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of winnings and reporting of your activity to relevant payment providers and authorities. The Operator may seek to recover any costs, fees and losses resulting from a chargeback.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Service provision: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to provide access to the Website and Services on a continuous basis, but availability is not guaranteed. Access from Australia may be disrupted due to actions by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) or ISP-level blocking of offshore gambling websites.
- Fairness and results: The Operator aims to ensure that Games function in accordance with their rules and that the underlying RNG, where applicable, provides random outcomes in line with the game supplier's specifications. However, there is no independent Australian regulatory oversight of fairness.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator endeavours to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date, errors, omissions or outdated content may occur.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical and external factors: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Interruptions, delays, failures or corruption of data due to system errors, maintenance, upgrades, power outages or network issues;
- Inability to access the Website due to ISP blocking, regulatory interference (including ACMA blocking orders), geo-blocking or other third-party actions;
- Viruses, malware or other harmful components introduced by you or third parties.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption or reputational harm, even if foreseeable.
- Responsible gambling: You acknowledge that you may lose money when gambling and that you are solely responsible for your gambling decisions. The Operator is not liable for any losses arising from problem gambling, except to the extent required by non-excludable law.
Maximum Aggregate Liability
- Cap on liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) is limited to the lesser of:
- The amount of the Bet or transaction that gave rise to the claim; or
- The total amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Unlicensed offshore status: Because the Operator is effectively unlicensed for Australian purposes, you may have limited recourse if a dispute arises. Complaints to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or similar bodies may be available but have historically low enforcement success. Australian regulators such as ACMA focus on blocking illegal services and generally do not resolve individual player disputes.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, software, audio-visual content and underlying source code, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, licensors or content suppliers.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit or create derivative works of any part of the Website or its content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to access the source code of any software used on the Website, except where permitted by mandatory law;
- Use any automated tools (such as spiders, crawlers, bots or scrapers) to access or interact with the Website, except for search engines indexing publicly accessible pages.
- Third-party content: Third-party trademarks, logos and content appearing on the Website (including from game providers and payment processors) remain the property of their respective owners and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information by the Operator are governed by the Website's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Website, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
- Data location: As the Operator is offshore, your personal data may be stored and processed outside Australia, including in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
- Accuracy and security: You must ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate and up to date. The Operator uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in its operations, applicable laws or regulatory expectations (including reforms to Curaçao's gambling framework or changes in Australian enforcement practices) or for any other legitimate business reason.
- Notification of changes: Material changes to these Terms will generally be notified by one or more of the following methods:
- Publishing the updated Terms on the Website with a revised "Effective date";
- Displaying a prominent banner or pop-up notice when you log in; or
- Sending an email or in-account message to the address registered to your Account, where practicable.
- Continuing use as acceptance: Your continued use of the Website or Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Website and request closure of your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, freeze funds and/or void Bets or Bonuses where it reasonably believes that:
- You have breached these Terms or any applicable promotion rules;
- You are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Services;
- You have provided false or misleading information or failed to complete KYC/AML checks;
- You have engaged in fraud, money laundering, Bonus abuse, collusion, use of bots or other prohibited conduct;
- You are using the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction or are attempting to circumvent geo-blocking or regulatory restrictions (including via VPN or mirror domains); or
- Such action is required by law, court order or a regulator.
- Regulatory and technical reasons: The Operator may also suspend or restrict Services in response to regulatory developments (such as ACMA blocking directions, changes to Curaçao licensing laws or other jurisdictional changes) or for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
Consequences of Suspension or Termination
- Pending Bets and balances: In the event of Account closure:
- Valid pending Bets may be settled in the normal course, where permitted by law and these Terms;
- Cash balances, net of any chargebacks, deductions and legally required withholdings, may be returned to you where lawful and feasible; and
- Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited.
- User-initiated closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining eligible funds. Any closure for responsible-gambling reasons should be clearly stated so that the Operator can apply appropriate internal restrictions.
- Notice: Where reasonable, the Operator will provide notice of suspension or closure and may explain the main reasons, except where prohibited by law or where doing so could compromise an investigation.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are, to the extent not otherwise required by mandatory law, governed by the laws of Curaçao (or such other offshore jurisdiction in which the Operator is formally registered, as may be notified on the Website from time to time).
- Dispute resolution procedure: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you must first contact customer support and provide a clear description of your complaint, including relevant transaction details. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable time frame, though no specific response time is guaranteed.
- External bodies: If the Operator is licensed or supervised in Curaçao, you may have the option to submit a complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board via https://gamingcontrolcuracao.org/complaints. However, enforcement outcomes are uncertain and may be limited, particularly given the unverified licensing status of the Operator.
- Courts or arbitration: Subject to any applicable statutory rights, any unresolved dispute may be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration forum in the jurisdiction governing these Terms, as chosen by the Operator. You consent to the exclusive or, where applicable, non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts or tribunals.
- Australian regulators: Australian authorities such as ACMA may take action against offshore gambling operators (including requesting ISP blocking), but generally do not act as dispute-resolution bodies for individual player complaints.
Contact Information
- Customer support: As at the effective date of these Terms, the primary method of contacting Vegastars customer support is via the live chat facility available on the Website. Live chat is typically available 24/7, initially through an automated assistant, with escalation to a human agent where necessary.
- Email contact: The Operator may provide one or more support email addresses or contact forms on the Website for escalated or complex issues. You should refer to the "Contact Us" or equivalent section of vegastarsbet-au.com for the current email details. Where provided, such email channels are generally used for complaints, verification questions and detailed account queries.
- Telephone and physical address: No verified corporate telephone numbers, physical mailing addresses or registered office details for the Operator of vegastarsbet-au.com are publicly disclosed in the data available for these Terms. Any such details that may appear on external sites or affiliate materials should be treated with caution unless confirmed directly on the Website.
